  1. This is the DBEngine 2.0 Custom Control pre-registration evaluation
  2. software package (DBENG2.ZIP). The package includes the following files:

  6. PXENGWIN.DLL    The Paradox Engine 2.0 Dynamic Link Library

  9. Currently the DBEngine 2.0 Custom Control is supported in two programming
  10. languages:

  12.         Microsoft Visual Basic
  13.         Microsoft Visual C++
  14.  
  15. There are two other files that make up the complete DBEngine 2.0 Custom 
  16. Control pre-registration evaluation package:

  18. DBENG2V.ZIP     The Visual Basic specific programmer's package.

  20. DBENG2C.ZIP     The Visual C++ specific programmer's package.

  22. These two files include the DBEngine 2.0 Custom Control Programmer's
  23. Guide. The Programmer's Guide currently is available in two editions:

  25. The Visual Basic Edition ---> DBENG2V.ZIP
  26. The Visual C++ Edition -----> DBENG2C.ZIP

  28. Also included in these two files are example programs demonstrating 
  29. how to use the DBEngine Custom Control in your applications. 
  30. The DBEngine example programs are currently available
  31. for Visual Basic (DBENG2V.ZIP) and Visual C++ (DBENG2C.ZIP).
